Victory Hall Inc. operates as an independent 501c 3 devoted to advancing and nurturing the artistic and cultural enterprise of emerging and established artists whose work reflect the vibrancy and diversity of our communities. We are likewise devoted to enriching the lives of the adults and children who take part in our classes and programs, visit our exhibits and become audience or participants in our performances.

As the kick-off site for the Jersey City Artist studio tour since 2001, we have consistently drawn thousands of visitors to the reception and Arts weekend each year. From our first group art exhibit in 2002, The Beauty of Big, we have been able to bring out the best from innovative visual artists.
